Who this covers

This policy covers braxtynmikel.com, the personal portfolio site of Braxtyn Mikel, a model based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The site is operated on her behalf and she is the only person who receives inquiries sent through it.

What is collected

Nothing is collected unless you choose to send a booking request. If you do, the form submits the following:

• Required: your name, your email address, the type of work, and your message.
• Optional: your company, phone number, shoot date and location. Leave any of these blank and they are simply not sent.

Two further details are attached automatically so a genuine inquiry can be told apart from spam: the two-letter country code that Cloudflare derives from your connection, and the date and time of the submission. Your IP address itself is not stored or sent on.

The form contains a hidden field that real visitors never see. It exists to catch automated spam. If your browser fills it, the submission is discarded.

What it is used for

Solely to reply to your inquiry and to discuss the booking you asked about. It is not used for marketing, it is not added to a mailing list, and it is never sold, rented or shared for advertising. There is no advertising on this site and no advertising network receives anything.

Who processes it

Three services are involved in getting your message from the form to her inbox:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the code that receives the form. Cloudflare keeps standard, short-lived request logs as part of delivering and protecting the site.
• Resend delivers the resulting email. Your submission passes through Resend in the course of that delivery.
• Google, because her inbox is a Gmail account. Once the email arrives, it sits there like any other email she receives.

The site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads. That request is how the fonts arrive; it is not used to identify you here.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. There is no login, no cart and no session to keep track of.

Visitor numbers are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first by design: it uses no cookies, builds no profile, and does not follow you to any other website. It reports aggregate figures such as how many people visited a page and roughly where in the world they were.

How long it is kept

Booking inquiries live in her email inbox. Ones that lead to work are kept as long as the working relationship and any resulting paperwork require. Ones that do not are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Nothing from the form is written to a database, because there isn't one.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what was sent, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Email bookings@braxtynmikel.com and say which. There is no charge and no form to fill in.

Depending on where you live you may have formal rights over your personal data, including under the GDPR in the UK and EU and the CCPA in California. Requests under any of those go to the same address and are handled the same way.

Children

This site is aimed at people booking professional modelling work. It is not directed at children and no information is knowingly collected from anyone under 13.

Photography

The images in the portfolio are Braxtyn's own professional work, published here to market her services. They are not for reuse without permission.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the honest way to tell.
